"My experience with Gary Sargent (Sargents Motor Sports) and his staff was not expected but so much appreciated! I went in with a bit of knowledge about what I wanted to buy & was very happy to be safely guided by Gary Sargent. His immense knowledge of the vehicles in his business was vital to me getting not just what I wanted but I was guided to what I actually needed. Both my Sister & I live off grid in Alaska so just the logistics was a bit of a nightmare for us, let alone figuring out what we wanted versus needed. Gary and his staff were so accommodating & kind in steering us into the right vehicle for our needs. And I thought had my end covered for shipping the vehicles from Portland to Seattle and that fell thru, but Gary did the impossible and got his crew to drive my two vehicles up to Seattle even though that isn’t a service he’d normally provide. He and his staff even put my previous purchases safely in the vehicles for shipping as I wouldn’t be there for that part! From start to finish this was an incredibly positive and enjoyable experience with this company! Thank you so much Gary & crew … you are all awesome! It’s safe to say I’d buy from them again 😊"

"I purchased a cfmoto 950 sport a year ago and have put off writing a review until now to have an honest opinion of how the machine holds up. Well, trying not to sound like a cfmoto executive., I must say the machine is awesome. I ride in northeastern Oregon and Washington with guys that have Polaris Razors and Honda's. and I must say my cfmoto performs as well and in some cases better than both the Honda and the Polaris, One example was a hill climb. now this wasn't a hill climb where you just put your foot in it and go, this was a lock all four wheels up and crawl. I made it to the top everybody else loss traction. I can assure you that it wasn't driving skills or the tires. the only thing we could figure out was that it must have something to do with weight distribution. the only down side I have with the machine is that the factory presets for the suspension were too stiff. But that was an easy fix. CFMOTO made adjusting the suspension super easy, so you can adjust it to fit whatever conditions you're riding in. Now as for the dealership, Sergent's motorsports is an old school business that actually cares about us the customer, they're not just worried about moving inventory. Hats off to the entire team at Sargent's Motorsports and with that said I would like to say thank you to all that work there. THANKYOU."

"I bought a kayo fox 70 for my kids from Sargents Motor sports, after a lot of research on atvs for them to start out with I decided kayo was probably the best option as a learner with all the safety features built in and it being a significantly better atv than Tao. Called every dealer in a 150 mile radius and Sargents blew their prices out of the water.
Long story short I get the atv home looked it over and started it up for my kids to take a test lap, it ended up finding a fence post within 5 minutes and obliterated the left side of the front end. For that I give the kayo 2 out of 5 stars for crash test rating ;). However no atv is designed to be rammed into a fence post so no love lost. Where Sargents went above and beyond is when I called to get it in for a parts order, the first thing Sr. asked was if my son okay (he was, not even a scratch) with a sigh of relief from him he told me a story of his own which made me feel a lot more at ease about the situation.
It is a Chinese bike and parts took a while getting in but they were 100% honest with me and helped out where they could on it since obviously fence rides are not covered in a warranty. And with the price they initially gave me on the bike my wallet didn’t take a terrible hit so a lesson was learned at really no more cost of a new kayo at any other dealer plus I have some spare parts.
Reading other reviews I can see how their customer service can come across as a little bit abrasive but you have to understand that the small amount of time I was here they field a ton of calls and walk ins as well as a busy service area, these guys will 100% take care of you when your turn comes up so a little patience goes a long ways, the family who runs this place is extraordinary and is exactly the mom and pop shop we need to support in today’s world and good values are being passed down from generation to generation, Give them the chance and they will make things happen for you."

"We were impressed with Gary and how smooth our transaction went. We called Sargents Motor Sports and left a message and he got right back to us! Impressive since most businesses are closed due to the COVID-19 epidemic.

Gary had the Pitster 190 already out for us and we kept a safe distance as the step by step process had been outlined to us prior to our meeting. The transaction went flawless and we are happy owners of a Pitster Pro fse 190 Fat Tire bike!

We took her for a ride and she is too cool! Can hardly wait to take her on the sand!
